Since co-founding Nutracel Confections in 1996, Michael Ravadov has led the company’s product development and formulation strategy. With a background in food science and nutraceutical innovation, Michael pioneered the fusion of confectionery craftsmanship with functional nutrition.

Elaine Kosivk
Managing Director
Elaine Kosivk co-founded Nutracel Confections alongside Michael Ravadov in 1996, bringing with her extensive experience in operations, supply chain, and brand strategy. As Managing Director, Elaine has guided Nutracel’s growth from a small confectionery lab into a leading contract manufacturer specializing in functional and nutraceutical gummies. Her commitment to quality standards, compliance, and long-term client relationships has established Nutracel as a trusted partner to global nutrition brands.
